The bench of Supreme Court had canceled section 57 of the Aadhar Act, which obliges private companies to provide Aadhaar numbers in the name of Verification. The Bench also admitted that the obligation to add Aadhaar numbers to the bank accounts and SIM cards is unconstitutional. The citizens should be given the option of withdrawing the Aadhaar number
