Facebook has apologized for the bug so that such pictures of users could also be found which they never shared. This bug has affected 68 lakh people accounts in 12 days through third party applications.
Facebook says that while allowing third-party apps to reach users' photos, this mistake will occur between September 13 and September 25.
Facebook has been informed that, "When a person permits an app to access their photos on Facebook, we often allow such apps to reach people who have shared their timelines. .
